At Petropoulakis Tower we warmly welcome pet travelers and provide the highest standards of hospitality to all our guests — humans and animals alike. To ensure a safe, comfortable, and pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask that you carefully read and sign our Pet Policy, which is mandatory for accommodation with pets.
Allowed Pets: Dogs up to 35 kg and small cats are welcome, provided they remain with their owners at all times.
Other Pets: For birds, reptiles, or other types of animals, prior approval must be obtained from the hotel management.
Pet Limit: A maximum of one pet per room is permitted.
Health Documentation: Owners must carry a valid health booklet/passport for their pets. The hotel may request to review it at any time.
Aggressive Behavior: Aggressive pets are not allowed. Petropoulakis Tower reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any guest whose pet displays aggressive behavior towards staff or other guests.
Cleanliness: Owners must immediately clean up after their pets (urine, feces, vomit, etc.) both inside rooms and throughout the property.
Supervision: Pets must be supervised at all times and kept on a leash or in a carrier when in public areas of the property. Unattended or roaming pets are not permitted.
Noise Control: Continuous barking or noise that disturbs other guests is prohibited, especially during quiet hours (13:30–17:00 and 21:00–10:00).
Warnings & Penalties:
1st violation → Written/verbal warning.
2nd violation → €100 fine charged directly to the room.
Restricted Areas: Pets are not allowed in indoor public spaces (restaurant, lounge, reception) — only in guest rooms and designated outdoor areas.
Balconies: Pets must not be left unattended on balconies.
Housekeeping: Rooms must be available for daily cleaning between 10:00 and 14:30. Pets should be safely secured or removed during this time.
Room Furnishings: Towels, bedding, and furniture are strictly for guest use only. Pets are not allowed on hotel beds.
Daily Fee: A non-refundable cleaning fee of €20 per pet, per day applies.
Deposit: A refundable deposit of up to €100 per stay is required at check-in. This is returned at check-out after room inspection if no damage is found.
Damages: Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Irreversible damage (furniture, carpets, equipment, plumbing, electrical installations, etc.) exceeding €100 will be charged at repair/replacement cost.
Exemptions: Registered service animals (e.g., guide dogs for the blind) with valid certification are exempt from fees and restrictions.
Pet owners are fully responsible for any bodily harm and/or material damage caused by their pets.
By signing this policy, guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Petropoulakis Tower from any liability, claims, or damages related to their pets.
In case of legal disputes, the courts of Laconia shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
By signing this document, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and accepted all terms of the Pet Policy of Petropoulakis Tower and agree to abide by them unreservedly during my stay.
